a. The stock quantity of each SKU strictly complies with the product selection list requirements obtained through communication with the account manager.

How does Shopee's overseas warehouse ship goods? After the Shopee sellers get the warehouse entry order number (PO) from the account manager after registering the product, they need to send a shipping notice to Shopee by email before shipping. Each batch of shipments requires a unique PO for identification. The shipping notice needs to provide the following information via email:

a. Manifest (including complete Manifest+PO shipping notice).

b. Packing list invoice (for goods shipped to MY).

c. A valid Shopee overseas warehouse seller sales contract.

d. Valid overseas warehouse first-leg carriage contract (goods shipped to MY).

Warehousing process:

Step 1: Be invited or contact your account manager to apply.

Step 2: The new seller opens a store, signs a contract, and submits a list of products for market sales review.

Step 3: After review, the selected products are sent to the seller. After the seller sets up the store, upload the products.

Step 4: The seller prepares the goods, packs them, and transports them to the overseas warehouse.

Step 5: After the product arrives at the warehouse and is inspected and accepted by the local overseas warehouse team, it is put on sale.

Shopee has overseas warehouses. After the introduction, we can know the requirements of Shopee's overseas warehouses. And when merchants use overseas warehouses, they need to pay attention that if the product is not on the shelves, there is no charge. The charge is calculated from the time the product is put on the shelves.
