4. If the review is passed, the seller must submit evidence within 1 day.

5. After the Commissioner has evaluated the evidence of the buyer and seller:

a. If the buyer's request is not approved, the seller receives the funds.

b. If the buyer's request is approved, the seller may consider return/refund or just refund.

If the cost of repairing or returning the product exceeds the value of the product, the seller can negotiate with the buyer for a refund without returning the product.

If the buyer does not send the goods back within 5 days, the return/refund request will be automatically cancelled. After the buyer sends the goods back, if the seller is dissatisfied with the judgment result/there is a problem with the returned goods (such as not receiving the goods, receiving the wrong/incomplete/damaged/defective goods), he can initiate a dispute within 3 days after receiving the return.
