Announcement on the launch of the new version of Dunhuang.com's credit guarantee service

In order to comprehensively improve the service quality of merchants, reduce the refund rate and dispute rate of the platform, and enhance the shopping experience of buyers, the platform has upgraded and adjusted the existing integrity guarantee service. The specific adjustments are as follows:

1. The entry criteria have been modified from the original standard that all merchants on the platform can participate to the standard that merchants who meet the following criteria can participate:

【1】For merchants within 60 days of the first payment

【2】For merchants who made their first payment 60 days ago, the merchant capability score is >= 3 points

2. Optimize and upgrade service content and service logos. The original services including truthful delivery, on-site certification, quality assurance, overseas warehouses, and Chinese brands have been adjusted to buyer protection and rest assured shopping. The corresponding service logos will be adjusted according to the service content selected by the seller;

3. The payment method has been changed from the original three payment methods of online virtual account recharge, Shouxinyi Payment and offline bank remittance to two methods: fund account recharge (original virtual account recharge) and bank/post office transfer. At the same time, the transfer method now supports direct transfer from US dollar accounts;

4. The content and method of participating in the service have been adjusted. The original rules for participating in the sincere insurance are that the merchant first selects one of the service items, signs an agreement and pays a deposit of RMB 3,000 or the fees required for different service types. The new rules are that the merchant first signs a sincere insurance agreement and pays a deposit of RMB 3,000, and then chooses to participate in one or all of the services;

5. The exit mechanism has been redefined. The original exit mechanism was that the seller could exit the Chengbao service by exiting one of the services. The upgraded exit rule is that the seller can exit the Chengbao service only after exiting all the services in which he participates.

The new version of Chengbao will be launched on September 5, 2022 , so stay tuned!
