Announcement on Optimization of DHgate Seller Dispute Response Process

In order to reduce sellers' dispute handling costs and improve the dispute experience of buyers and sellers, the platform optimizes the dispute response process. The detailed optimization contents are as follows:

1. When the seller refuses the buyer's dispute agreement and submits a new agreement, the page for the refund-only plan can be filled in with 0 after partial refund amount optimization. The platform hopes that sellers will no longer fill in the 0.01 refund plan. The platform will manage this situation later.

2. When the seller rejects the buyer's agreement and submits a new agreement, if the submitted plan is refund only, when the refund amount is a full refund, it can be submitted directly, and other options are not required.

3. The return address has been optimized. Districts and streets have been added to the return address. Sellers are requested to fill in the English address correctly when filling in the return address to avoid the situation where the buyer cannot return the goods due to the entire address being in Chinese pinyin.

4. In order to improve the VIP buyer experience, the platform will verify the specific circumstances of the dispute after receiving the buyer's dispute complaint. Sellers are requested to pay attention to the dispute information and internal messages in a timely manner, and actively communicate with buyers to avoid escalation of disputes and directly provide a arbitration plan.

This optimization will officially take effect on March 13, 2024.
