WeChat has updated its functions again. Let’s take a look at what new functions are there~

In the Jianshi community, some partners suggested that the data screen of the video account has been updated. Three top navigations have been added to the upper right corner of the data screen: Overview, Products, and Portraits. According to the feedback from partners, Products and Portraits provide richer data than before.

This update also confirms the preview of the video account function update mentioned in the WeChat Open Class a few days ago. This update represents an important upgrade of the video account at the e-commerce level, and the video account will also move towards a more mature model of bringing goods.

1. Overview Navigation Page

1. "Latest Five Minutes Data" section

The data in the section of minute conversion data has become more, and this dashboard can only see the data in the 5-minute interval. This means that the video account will pay more attention to the data in the last 5 minutes, which may become an important node for the video account in the future.

2. "Overall Trends & Channel Traffic Analysis" Section

Channel traffic analysis not only includes the previous live broadcast recommendation traffic sources, but also adds real-time traffic sources such as natural traffic. At the same time, this is the first time that Video Account has distinguished between natural traffic and paid traffic.

3. Online audience characteristics section

Purchasing preferences and consumption power ranges will be updated in real time. At the same time, the population attributes have been updated in eight major parts, which means that the video account data model has become nearly perfect.

2. Product Navigation Page

The product page displays detailed data such as the number of transactions, clicks, and exposures of each product in real time, and supports viewing "low inventory products" and "pressed orders products". This update will be more helpful for traders to analyze which products are popular in this live broadcast. At the same time, it will help merchants to have a clearer control over product inventory.

3. Portrait Navigation Page

The portrait navigation page mainly summarizes the online audience's portrait based on gender, age, region, consumption power distribution, and crowd attributes;

This page is divided into three data analyses (subscription funnel analysis, sharing funnel analysis, and recommendation funnel analysis). On the page, you can clearly see which are the natural flows, whether the article has been recommended, etc. This is extremely beneficial for public account workers to optimize the public account articles in a targeted manner, and they no longer have to guess whether the article will be recommended.
