How often is the Amazon account status updated? Is it frequent?

Amazon account status is related to the business situation of the merchant, so many people are curious about how often the account status is updated? Well, next, let’s talk about the introduction of Amazon account status update. Friends who want to know can take a look together.

Is the frequency high?

Order information is updated every 15 minutes, feedback and return information is updated every 30 minutes, and product reviews are updated every 6 hours. So, it is still quite high.

I'm looking at my Account Health page but I don't see many of the other metrics that I used to be able to view. Where can I find these metrics?

To provide you with more visibility into metrics that may impact your sales power, we have removed metrics from the Account Health experience. You will not be able to take action on these metrics.

What should I do if one or more complaints appear on the dashboard?

If you come across complaints, take a moment to review them by clicking View Details in the Policy Compliance section of the Account Health page. Here you'll see a history of all content that prompted complaints and was subsequently removed, along with their current status and next steps taken to get them back on the market. To resume selling an item that's been removed, click Appeal Action Plan. If your Action Plan is approved, you can resume selling it. Similarly, if you believe a complaint on the Account Health record is in error, click Appeal to let us know why. If an error was made when removing content, the complaint will be removed from the Account Health record.

Learn how to appeal if your privileges are limited or removed.

My account is off target for the metrics or policies listed on the Account Health page, but the Account Health page does not tell me that my account is at risk of being deactivated or has been deactivated. Why is this?

Order volume is taken into account when calculating account health. For example, if you only have 10 orders and 1 of them is defective, your order defect rate is 10%. While this score is technically 1% above our target score, it does not necessarily reflect actual issues with your performance because the number of orders is so small.

How long will it take for the ASIN to no longer appear in the "Restricted Product Policy Violations" area on the "Account Health" page after resolving the issue?

Even if the issue is resolved after the product is removed, the violation status will continue to be displayed for 180 days.

In fact, the status of Amazon accounts is updated very quickly. It depends on what information is in the account. For example, order information is updated every 15 minutes, and feedback on returns is updated every 30 minutes. This frequency is quite high, so merchants should pay attention to your account dynamics at all times.
