You can only choose one of Shopee’s specialized warehouses. First of all, Shopee has two delivery channels: one is Shopee’s own logistics SLS, which requires the products to be sent to Shopee’s warehouse first, and then officially delivered to customers by Shopee; the other is to find cross-border logistics by yourself, which is more troublesome and more expensive than SLS delivery.

In most cases, Shopee’s own logistics are used, so the products need to be sent to Shopee’s warehouse. There are also two ways, one is to use a freight forwarder, and the other is to send it by yourself.

How to choose express delivery?

When building the logistics system, among the markets where Shopee is located, Indonesia has the most difficult logistics distribution. Shopee spent a lot of money to build its own logistics network in Indonesia covering more than 20 airports. Nearly 800 flights take off and land at the airport closest to the seller every week. In Singapore, because the country is small, the logistics system is complete, and the labor cost is high, Shopee chose to cooperate with postal express, which is more cost-effective.

In Taiwan, Shopee mainly uses its own channel SLS, and provides two services: home delivery and store delivery. Home delivery is delivered by Black Cat Express, and store delivery is done by sending the package to a 7-11 convenience store or FamilyMart, and the buyer picks it up by themselves. If the delivery is not successful the first time, it will be delivered again within seven days. There is no secondary delivery service for store delivery, and Taiwan supports both cash on delivery and non-cash on delivery payment methods, and you can choose by yourself.

At present, the shipping model adopted by domestic sellers is that the sellers send the goods to the transit warehouse, which then sends them to different countries. After arriving at the destination country, SLS Express will carry out the final delivery. The transit warehouses in Taiwan and Southeast Asia have stations in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Yiwu and Quanzhou, and the transit warehouses in Singapore and Malaysia are set up in Guangzhou and Yiwu.
