Amazon MCF sellers can package footwear and apparel orders without brands

Amazon Europe recently announced that Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) sellers can use unbranded packaging to deliver their footwear and clothing orders.

The Unbranded Packaging Program enables MCF sellers to deliver orders from non-Amazon sales channels in unbranded packaging at no additional cost. The packaging materials—boxes, tape, and polybags—do not contain any Amazon branding.

The program eliminates the confusion of buyers who previously placed orders on Shopify, eBay and received Amazon-branded packaging. All MCF sellers are automatically enrolled in this program. The program applies to all pickable items and items that are smaller than 45.72x35.56x20.32 cm, less than 9 kg, or both.

It is understood that in October this year, Amazon launched a free unbranded packaging program for multi-channel delivery (MCF) orders in the UK.

It is worth mentioning that Amazon Europe recently announced that it has launched the SAFE-T claims service for Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) orders, allowing sellers to apply for refunds issued by Amazon.

Specifically, under the SAFE-T claims service launched by Amazon Europe, sellers will not be financially responsible for these refunds.

When a buyer is refunded by Amazon on a CSBA order and there is a problem with the return, the seller can submit a SAFE-T claim to request compensation, for example: If the buyer returns an item that is not in its original condition, the seller can file a SAFE-T claim, Amazon will evaluate the claim, and Amazon will refund the seller according to the Amazon Customer Service Refund Policy.

Sellers can review the policy to understand which situations qualify for a claim through SAFE-T, what the claims policy limits, and how to submit a successful claim.
