② Label photo (the PSE logo and the name of the notified supplier as well as the name and rated voltage of the registered conformity assessment body must be clearly displayed on the product);

③ Certificate of Conformity (the document must be issued by a registered conformity assessment body and be able to confirm the model of the rated nameplate value);

④ If there is a difference between the name of the notifier in the label and the name in the business notification, please provide a certificate approved by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan;

⑤ Inspection records (all final products must be tested).
