Announcement on the official implementation of the second batch of categories of Dunhuang.com seller certification line rules

On June 9, 2023, Dunhuang.com officially invited all logistics service providers currently used by merchants to apply for route certification. Since March 4, 2024, the first batch of online delivery rules have been officially implemented from the watch and fashion accessories categories.

Starting from April 22, 2024, the second batch of categories: shoes and shoe accessories, bags and bag accessories, and maternal and child products will officially implement the online delivery rules. The remaining categories will be officially implemented in mid-to-late May 2024. At that time, orders within the category can be freely shipped using DHLink routes or seller-certified routes. This process only requires merchants to create logistics orders using online ordering, and does not involve mandatory use of logistics routes and settlement, maintaining the rules for merchants to independently choose logistics services. You can choose the following methods for delivery:

• Option 1: Ship online using DHLink

It is recommended to use the DHLink Tuofeixia line, which provides dual guarantees of timeliness and compensation. At the same time, it is strongly recommended that all merchants actively participate in the X-day delivery and late compensation project. • Option 2: Use the seller's certified route to ship (only need to use the DHgate system to place a logistics order, no freight and settlement involved)

Since the launch of the DHgate Seller Logistics Certification Project, more than 140 logistics service providers have completed system docking and more than 700 routes have been launched. Logistics services cover general + special + electric, and are shipped from the Pearl River Delta/Yangtze River Delta to the world. Since April 1, 2024, the certification line has restricted the offline acquisition of order numbers. Sellers are requested to use the certification line to ship online according to the [Seller Certification Line Order Merchant Operation Manual]. It is strongly recommended that you start using the seller certification line to ship online before the rules are officially implemented to avoid the failure of normal shipment due to unfamiliarity with the operation after the rules are released.

• Option 3: If you sign a contract and place an order directly with DHL/UPS/TNT/Fexdex/China Post and other logistics carriers (Cainiao/Yanwen/SF Express and others have been connected to the system, no application is required)
