What are the compensation rules for Pinduoduo if it does not ship within 6 days?

1. If the seller fails to deliver the goods within the time limit, he shall pay the buyer 10% of the actual transaction amount as liquidated damages. Except for special products, the total liquidated damages that the seller shall pay to the same buyer within 24 hours shall be at least 5 yuan and shall not exceed 100 yuan.

2. If the gifts promised by our sellers are not delivered within the time limit, we will also pay liquidated damages according to the above compensation rules. If there is a separate selling link for the gift in the store, the liquidated damages will be calculated according to the selling price indicated in the gift selling link. If there is no selling link for the gift in the store and no clear price, the liquidated damages will be calculated by Pinduoduo customer service based on the market price.

3. After the buyer's complaint is established, in addition to paying liquidated damages to the buyer, the seller also needs to pay the same amount of liquidated damages to Pinduoduo. That is to say, after the buyer's complaint is established, we need to pay two parts of liquidated damages, one to the buyer and the other to Pinduoduo. Sellers can pay directly through the complaint page. Compensation calculation formula: 5% of the actual transaction amount of the goods as liquidated damages (excluding postage and red envelope amount), the maximum is no more than 30 yuan, the minimum is no less than 5 yuan, and the minimum for specific categories of goods is no less than 1 yuan (trial implementation from October 29, 2015) (except for special circumstances). After the buyer initiates a complaint, if the seller does not take the initiative to pay the liquidated damages before Pinduoduo.com intervenes manually and the complaint is determined to be established, in addition to paying the liquidated damages, three points will be deducted each time.

How to complain?

Enter the personal account information interface and click the "Settings" icon.
