How can Amazon images be copyrighted? How to prove the copyright of images?

E-commerce platforms still attach great importance to the copyright of pictures. If merchants find that someone has infringed or stolen their pictures, they can report and complain to the platform. So how can Amazon pictures have copyright?

Enter the ASIN of the seller’s product that has stolen your image in the search box, find the product, and then check the infringing image.

Step 5: Fill in the complainant's contact information

What needs to be noted here is that the E-mail Address must be filled in with the email address used to register your Amazon account. At the end, you must check that you have read the statement and agree to it in order to successfully submit the complaint.

If the evidence you provide is sufficient and Amazon can confirm the infringement, generally the product images of the seller who stole your images will be removed within 3-5 days; if the evidence is insufficient, Amazon will email you to inform you that you need to submit more evidence, which requires you to prepare the information again and file a new complaint.
