For sellers in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou:

The average daily completed orders are 200 or more

The average delivery time of the seller must be less than or equal to 2.5 days

The seller's overall pre-sale products account for less than or equal to 10%

Stores with a seller penalty score of >= 4 points meet the required standards (see below)

Sellers who fail to meet this standard will no longer be able to enjoy the free collection service.

For sellers in East China:

The average daily completed orders are 100 or more

The average delivery time of the seller must be less than or equal to 2.5 days

The seller's overall pre-sale products account for less than or equal to 10%

Stores with a seller penalty score of >= 4 points meet the required standards (see below)

Sellers who fail to meet this standard will no longer be able to enjoy the free collection service.

The eligibility for each month's collection will be based on the seller's performance in the past month. Because penalty points are accumulated on a quarterly basis, the requirements for the first, second, and third months of each quarter are different.

For example, the free collection qualification in November will refer to whether the seller's store operation data in October meets the standards. Therefore, when determining the November collection list, the October data and the October seller store penalty standard will be used, that is, the standard of 10% of the first month of each quarter will be used.

1. The new cargo collection standards will be implemented from March, referring to the sellers’ performance in the past month.

2. For sellers who fail to meet the standards, the platform will recommend cargo collection service providers that have cooperated with the platform to all sellers. Sellers can enjoy cheaper and better cargo collection services than those on the market.

3. Sellers who are eligible for free collection must actively use the new platform functions. Whether the seller uses the new functions is subject to system records. If the seller's store does not use them, the free collection qualification will be cancelled.
