But don't expect to rely on these contents or find more fragmented learning materials on the Internet to make your store successful!

Task 3: Complete the Shopee new seller entry test (80 points to pass)

That is to say, before the official connects you to the operations manager, you need to take the exam yourself. You can only pass the written exam if you score above 80 points. The exam content is not difficult. If you want something simpler, I have the standard answer!

But it doesn’t mean that the operations manager will contact you immediately after you complete the three tasks. For the specific operation situation, please refer to these three points!

1. The current data (review of learning progress, test scores, and product quantity) will be closed at 11:00 am every Thursday, and product listing must be completed every Tuesday evening.

2. All qualified sellers will be assigned a manager by the system before 18:00 on Thursday (sellers can view the assigned account manager on their personal business card on WeChat for Business, and the manager will contact them within 2 working days after receiving the assignment).

3. Those who fail to complete the task within 30 days will lose their qualification as docking manager and will be directly transferred to the customer service team!

Remember, complete all tasks within 30 days. If you fail to complete them, you will lose the qualification to connect with the operation manager and be directly transferred to the customer team. What does this mean? It means that Shopee has basically given up on you! Because there are so many people settled in Shopee now, the official must support those sellers with better performance and more potential!

Finally, even if you have completed all the tasks, there are still many novice sellers who need to be matched with operation managers.
