If we have removed your eligibility for One-Day, 2-Day, or One-Day Delivery, and you still cannot meet the requirements for One-Day Delivery within the next 90 days, you may not be able to use Premium Shipping options. At this stage, we will ask you to provide us with an action plan to improve your performance. In this case, your status will be changed to Limited in the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool.

If you find yourself being limited in the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool, you can get a detailed performance report from the Seller Metrics page and send us an action plan that includes an analysis of the root causes of your performance issues and a plan to resolve them within a specified time frame. Send your action plan to [email protected].

If our team approves your plan of action, we'll reinstate your eligibility for Premium Shipping options.

2. Amazon Action Plan POA writing format:

(1) Explain what problems occurred with the account. The information provided must be relevant to the reason for the suspension.

(2) What actions have you taken to resolve the above problems? There should be practical measures, such as installing automatic fault protection devices on the equipment to prevent problems from occurring again.

(3) What have you done to prevent these problems from happening again?
