If you are a domestic seller without a source of goods, it will be more difficult to deal with. The best thing is to reduce the time from the source of goods to the domestic transit warehouse, and then send it out as soon as possible.

What are the rules?

1. Shopee has two delivery channels. One is Shopee's official logistics SLS. We send the products to Shopee's warehouse, and Shopee's official delivery to our customers. The other is to use other logistics, such as SF Express. Relatively speaking, the logistics cost is higher than Shopee's official logistics delivery cost.

2. The method of delivery, so generally we use official logistics, although when delivering the product, there are two other ways, one is freight forwarding, the other is sending it to the warehouse.

If you want to do it without a source of goods, of course, a freight forwarder is recommended, because the products will no longer be in your hands, and they need to be delivered to your hands, and then packed. Of course, two layers of packaging are needed, and the international waybill must be affixed inside, and the domestic waybill sent to the warehouse is outside. Of course, this takes a long time, and the freight forwarder is a place very close to the warehouse, and can deliver the products to the warehouse on the same day.

Therefore, for shipments without a source of goods, you basically choose a freight forwarder, which will not be far from the warehouse, and the shipment will be basically fast. It also solves the problem of cross-border shipments and makes the no-source model smoother.

3. Stocking. If the delivery speed is relatively slow, of course this also involves the issue of stocking. Stocking refers to the time it takes for the goods to be shipped to the warehouse when the customer service places an order and pays.

If you are late in shipping the goods, you can only speed up the shipping. Because Shopee has a shipping time limit, it must be shipped within seven days. Therefore, merchants must try to avoid late shipment.
