How to file a KYC appeal?

It is recommended to use Chinese pinyin and fill in the English letters in lowercase.

2. Please make sure the pinyin is spelled correctly and that each column is filled in, otherwise the submission will fail;

3. Primary contact information. The primary contact is the person who has access to the "I want to open a store" payment account, provides registration information on behalf of the account holder (registered seller), and initiates payment and refund transactions. It is generally the legal representative. It should be noted that when filling in the residential address, fill in the actual residential address at the moment, not the ID card address or company address. Fill in the beneficial owner information. After filling in all the beneficiary information, the first step of KYC verification and supplementary information is over.

The next step is to submit company and personal information. Company information includes the company, company articles of association, company address proof, main contact/beneficiary’s ID card, main contact/beneficiary’s household registration booklet, main contact/beneficiary’s address proof, and bank account owner proof.

Other supplementary materials mainly refer to the authorization letter. If the primary contact person is not the legal person or beneficiary of the company, Amazon will require the seller to provide an authorization letter from the legal person of the company authorizing the primary contact person to actually operate the account. The document requirements are as follows:

1. Write according to the sample provided;

2. Signed by the legal representative of beneficiary I;

3. Company seal and letterhead (special paper for the company);

4. Reflect the signing date;

5. No time limit or expiration date;
