Shopee will suspend logistics incentives for sellers in non-free pickup areas from October

Shopee platform launched a logistics incentive plan for sellers in non-free pickup areas, which will be suspended from October 2022. The original incentive plan is as follows: Sellers in non-free pickup areas who meet the following criteria may receive a freight subsidy of up to 0.5 yuan per completed order.

The average number of completed orders per day is 80 or more; all orders use the first-mile function, and the average preparation time (AveragePreparingTime) of the seller must be less than or equal to 2 days (the calculation standard of the average preparation time is updated to: from order generation to the first-mile scanning);

The seller's overall pre-sale product ratio is less than or equal to 10%; the seller's store penalty points are all <4 points; or the seller has a store penalty point ≥4 points, but the proportion of stores with penalty points ≥4 points to the total number of stores does not exceed the following standards.

The proportion of stores with seller penalty points ≥ 4 points is as follows:

The eligibility for each month's collection will be based on the seller's performance in the past month. Because penalty points are accumulated on a quarterly basis, the requirements for the first, second, and third months of each quarter are different.

If the seller is in the free pickup area and meets the relevant requirements, he will be eligible for free pickup.

It should be noted that the platform will provide sellers with free collection services or freight subsidy qualifications based on the actual situation of each qualified seller, and sellers can only have one of the two.

This policy only applies to sellers whose order packages are sent to warehouses in mainland China (mainland China warehouses refer to South China warehouses, Shanghai warehouses, Yiwu warehouses, and Quanzhou warehouses).

If the seller provides a false delivery address, they will be permanently disqualified from free collection or freight subsidy. For sellers who fail to meet the requirements, the platform will recommend collection service providers that have cooperated with the platform, and sellers can enjoy cheaper and better collection services than those on the market.

It is worth mentioning that in order to better serve the majority of sellers and achieve the best advertising results, Shopee officially launched the Shopee advertising agency service for free for a limited time. This service aims to maximize the service capabilities of agents through platform support and empowerment, and help Shopee sellers achieve the best advertising results.
