1. Scope of control over laser products

1. Laser products with power <1mW are ClassⅠ and ClassⅡ safety level products and are not subject to special control and are shipped normally. They include but are not limited to children's toys with lasers, laser pointers, CD players, CD-ROM devices, geological exploration equipment and laboratory analysis instruments.

2. 1mW≤power<5mW is a Class ⅢA safety grade laser product, which is shielded by the EU, UK, US, Australia and New Zealand. It includes but is not limited to laser demonstration remote controls, non-handheld laser pet toys, children's toys with lasers, laser shows and stage lights, garden laser projectors, infrared illumination lasers for monitoring and security equipment, laser pointers, aiming equipment and rangefinders, etc.

3. We prohibit the sale of Class IIIB laser products with power of 5mW≤<500mW and Class IV laser products with power of 500mW≤. This includes but is not limited to laser pens (handheld laser pet toys, 303), surgical laser operating instruments, laser cutting instruments, laser welding and machining instruments, etc.

2. Duration of the sales ban

From October 8, 2022, violations of the rules will be regulated or punished

The ban on the sale of high-power laser products that may be harmful to the human body includes but is not limited to:

2. After a category is closed, what happens to the products previously published under the category?

The website will remove all products under the consumer electronics category used to obtain demonstration equipment such as laser pointers and related products under other categories. Merchants can also take the initiative to delete products that have already been published.

3. How do merchants whose main categories are laser pointer products and other related categories deal with category closures?

4. We will continue to release penalty mechanisms for laser pen products in the future

Starting from October 8, merchants who release laser pen products and related products will be punished according to relevant rules. For members who maliciously bypass rules or product categories, including but not limited to publishing illegal information in interactive scenarios such as communication, inquiry, live broadcast, etc., repeatedly violate the rules, are notified by regulatory authorities, are exposed by important media, and have other serious violations, the platform will take penalties including but not limited to increasing points, blocking stores, restricting members from using website product functions, freezing accounts, and even closing accounts according to relevant platform rules.

5. How to deal with the advertising of Dingzhan and Wending purchased by customers?

The platform recommends changing the keywords of top exhibition and championship, and merchants can contact their account managers for processing.

6. How to handle orders in transit?

Please continue to fulfill existing orders and resolve subsequent after-sales related issues.

New orders placed between September 27 and October 8 must be shipped before January 8, 2023. No new orders or payments will be accepted for products in this category from October 8. Please strictly abide by the laws and regulations of various countries and platform rules for fulfilled existing orders. If the merchant returns the payment made by the buyer, the platform will bear the relevant fees (such as handling fees) incurred by the refund.
