You can set free shipping by clicking "I will cover the shipping fee" in the shipping section of the product editing details. After buyers receive the free shipping coupons on the platform, they can use them in stores that support free shipping.

Shopee’s free shipping program will not conflict with other platforms’ free shipping promotions. Sellers can choose the one with greater discounts. For example, if the minimum spending threshold for other free shipping programs on the platform is PHP200, sellers can continue to use the more favorable FSS (minimum spending threshold PHP199).

When you set shipping discounts for different minimum spending ranges, different reminders will appear based on your settings:

If the current freight rate range being edited is not completed, the "Add Discount Rule" button cannot be clicked

When setting the second or third level of freight range, the system will prompt the set amount of freight according to the settings of the previous level.

When the shipping fee is set in violation of the prompt, all input boxes will be highlighted in red and an error message will be displayed.

If all logistics are unavailable for a new event (including copying and newly created), all shipping methods will be grayed out and a yellow text reminder will appear: All shipping methods are unavailable, please check the event time again.
