Ozon launches new payment method Lianlian cross-border wallet

Ozon announced the launch of a new payment method - LianLian Cross-border Wallet. If the settlement currency between sellers and Ozon is USD or RMB, they can now switch in the personal center in the settings and agreement (contract) section.

The new method makes it easier for sellers to pay each other with Ozon and will remove some restrictions on cross-border transfers. Sellers will no longer need to provide additional information to banks, and payments will be more stable.

The steps to enable this payment method are as follows:

The first step is to register as a LianLian International user, log in to the user backend, and click "Go to Ozon backend to bind a store" to jump to the Ozon seller backend.

The second step is to successfully log in to the Ozon seller backend, find "Settings" - "Contract", "New payment methods available" on the right; click "Go to LianLian Payment".

The third step is to jump to the LianLian International user backend and follow the prompts to complete the store binding in a few simple steps.

Sellers can bind their existing LianLian accounts, and if they don’t already use the service, it’s easy to set up a new account in China. The ecosystem allows sellers to work with different partners and facilitates the conversion of currencies within their wallets.

In the future, LianLian International and Ozon will work together to create a more convenient payment experience for platform sellers: the platform withdrawal threshold limit will be removed soon, and sellers will be supported to directly bind their LianLian accounts without having to fill in bank card information.

It is worth mentioning that recently, Ozon announced that starting from December 1, Ozon will join hands with China Post to launch a new delivery method - Ozon e-Post.

Users can choose this method in their Ozon personal account, and the logistics fee will be paid directly to China Post. Users who already have a China Post account can use it directly without opening a new account; if you do not have a China Post account, users can choose to pay the logistics fee at the collection point, or open an account in advance before the first shipment.

Currently, Ozon e-mail service has 58 collection points, and users can deliver the parcels to the collection points by themselves or use the free door-to-door collection service. When using the service, users need to call the phone number of the selected collection point and agree on a convenient time with the collection point.
