Lazada Malaysia has launched a new seller incentive package for 2022 to assist and promote the growth of their online business in response to the continued impact of the pandemic on Malaysian businesses.

The incentive package includes education, logistics and financial incentives to help SMEs reduce operating costs, develop online businesses and prepare for long-term growth and sustainable development.

According to Lazada Malaysia, from February 22 to December 31 this year, new buyers who join the package will have full access to Lazada’s technology suite and innovative digital tools, and receive practical support to facilitate their onboarding and grow their consumer base.

New sellers will enjoy no store opening fees, no commissions, no payment rates, and free express delivery services, in addition to free use of the customer engagement management (CEM) tool for one month.

2. Lazada China Sellers’ Entry Conditions:

1. Basic requirements for Chinese cross-border sellers

(1) Business license of the registered enterprise.

(2) The product complies with national export requirements and local country import and export requirements.

(3) Have certain cross-border e-commerce experience.

2. Bonus points

(1) The store is operated by dedicated staff.

(2) Own brand or first-level agent of brand.

(3) Having an advantageous supply chain.

3. Preparations

(1) Domestic corporate Alipay (required for authentication).

(2) Payoneer, Alipay International (binding payment account).

(3) At least one real product (for product launch).
